RTB Breeding may, at its sole discretion, remove your Contributed Content if it establishes that it violates these Terms of Use. Acceptance of Contributed Content does not constitute an endorsement or sponsorship of the Contributed Content by RTB Breeding. Third-Party Content.
If contributed content infringes third party rights, RTB Breeding will handle the removal and notification process. The following steps will be considered:
i) RTB Breeding will notify the contributor via email about the alleged infringement.
ii) The contributor will have a specified period of 10 days to provide proof of ownership or authorization to use content.
iii) If the contributor cannot provide satisfactory proof within the review period, RTB Breeding will remove the infringing content from the site.
iv) Contributors should indemnify and hold RTB Breeding harmless from any claims arising from such infringements.
Use and Access to Third Party Content are governed by the terms of use applicable and contained in third party websites from which such Third Party Content originates. RTB Breeding is not responsible and has no control over Third Party Content, thus RTB Breeding makes no warranties or representations about the content, information, products, or services offered by third parties.
